Will wearing dentures stop me from being able to eat normally?

In addition to cleaning your dentures, it is important to gently brush your gums, tongue, and palate twice a day using a soft-bristled toothbrush. This practice helps protect the mouth tissues, creating the ideal foundation for your dentures.

Should dentures be worn overnight?

Initially, your dentist may recommend wearing your dentures for extended periods, including during sleep.

Following this period of adjustment, you may be advised to remove them overnight. This will allow your gums a chance to recover and aid with maintaining good oral hygiene.
